Here is the seller procedure for your view..
1. Buyer sends ICPO in line with seller working procedures on receipt of Seller's Soft Offer

3. Seller issues the below Partial POP Documents upon receipt and approval of the signed Commercial Invoice and Tank Storage Agreement from Buyer. 

• Notice of Readiness 
• 4. Upon receipt and confirmation of the above PPOP documents by buyer, seller issues Dip Test Authorization Letter to Buyer to be endorsed by all parties including buyers tank farm company as proof of readiness of buyers tank farm company to receive the product from seller.

  SGS Report 

• Authorization To Sell Certificate 
• Product Passport 

7. Buyer make **0% payment by MT**3  TT wire transfer for the total product and Seller pays commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within *4 hours after confirmation of buyer's payment.
